SECTION B — SUPPORT OPTIONS

Zone 1: Global Consciousness Estate (11 Acres)

A fully procured 11-acre estate with 159 world-class 3BHK duplex villas, reserved for global leaders, billionaires, CEOs, UHNWIs, and affluent youth. Donors receive villas registered in their name for 5 years of mission operations. Afterwards, they may retain, monetise, or renew support. Every villa donor enjoys 60 days/year stay in an Executive Suite in Zone-2 for Advaita retreats. Villas are positioned as *Vanaprastha Homes*—spiritual sanctuaries for a peaceful final decade.

Donor Options for Zone-1

⭐ Option 1a — ₹250 crore

Entire 159-villa estate registered in donor’s name. Interest-free ₹100 crore loan welcome (repaid in 3 years).

🏡 Option 1b — ₹25 crore (10 donors)

Each donor receives 15 villas.

🗝️ Option 1c — ₹2 crore (159 individuals)

Each donor receives one villa.

Zone 2: The Global Advaita Estate (12 Acres)

A 12-acre Advaita transformation campus including a G+12, 700-room international hotel and 4.5 lakh sq. ft. of infrastructure. It hosts 1,000 global visitors daily and offers the flagship 1-Day Advaita Program.

Donor Options for Zone-2

🗺️ Option 2 — ₹25 crore

Land procurement for the 12-acre campus. Donor receives a permanent 3,000 sq ft premium flat for retreats.

🏛️ Option 3a — ₹350 crore

Complete infrastructure funding. Donor receives a monument, memorial park, and 3,000 sq ft home as a permanent spiritual sanctuary.

👑 Option 3b — ₹375 crore (Full Development + Naming Rights)

Full development plus **Naming Rights** for the entire 12-acre campus. All honours of Option-3a apply.

🏢 Option 3c — ₹25 crore (14 donors)

Each donor receives a permanent 3,000 sq ft premium flat.

🛎️ Option 3d — ₹1 crore (350 donors)

Donors receive up to 60 days/year access to an Executive Suite for Advaita retreats.

Zone 3: The Inner Stillness Estate (7 Acres)

A 7-acre Shiva Dhyana Vanam centred on a monolithic Shiva sanctum, lotus lake, and contemplative gardens. It embodies *Nididhyāsanam*, guiding seekers to inner silence. **Land is yet to be secured.** All donors for Options 4–7 receive permanent recognition as Founding Pillars and a 3,000 sq ft premium flat for lifelong spiritual retreat.

Zone-3 Donor Options

🌳 Option 4 — ₹15 crore (Land Acquisition)

Land acquisition for the 7-acre estate. Estate will be named after the donor.

🕉️ Option 5 — ₹20 crore (Shiva Sanctuary)

Funding the Shiva Sanctuary, lake, and immersive systems. Donor monument included.

🛣️ Option 6 — ₹6 crore (Dedicated Highway Link Road)

Funding for the dedicated highway link road, named “X Dharmic Marg” after the donor.

🏙️ Option 7 — ₹30 crore (City-Centre Building)

Acquisition of 18,000 sq ft city-centre building for 1-Day Advaita Programs. Donor may donate or purchase and grant zero-lease.
