Our Normal Monthly Expenses: Rs.15 – 20 lakhs. (This is 5-6 lakhs since 9 months for lack of own funds and monthly donations about 40k pm)

We have budgeted Rupees 20 lakhs in expenses every month for the next four years for the below works. So, from April 2022 till March 2026, a budget of 10 crores is allocated for the below works, which will help our teamwork in procuring the land, fundraising, and making the content ready for Gita gurus to carry after getting certified at Gita University.

1) Create digital content of Gita in the 20 most spoken languages of the world.
a) Typing and proofreading the content.
b) Recording the recitation of slokas, mantras and meanings.
c) Making the required BGM’s (live/keyboard).
d) Recording studio expenses.
e) Creating shorts and reels.
f) Video creators and Editors for making Mp4 from Mp3 content.

2) Promote the same all over the world.
a) Digital media management team.
b) Paid promotions.

3) Make the world, especially Indians, understand the Mission 5 Billion Project and seek their support through email and whatsapp campaigns.
a) Email all Hindus for support.
b) Email specific people of other faiths.

4) Call centre to reach software professionals and businessmen for monthly donations for digital and mobile methods of Gita promotion.

5) Back-office staff for reaching 2000 rich people from India and the top 100 in every country and seek their support in taking Gita wisdom all over the world.

6) Twenty volunteers will be sent to 20 cities all over India to reach 100 rich people in their area and seek their support for Gita University construction.

Note: Our average monthly donation from the current monthly donors is between 30 to 40 thousand rupees, while our monthly expenses currently range between 5 to 6 lakh rupees. We have been managing with loans and working under extreme tough conditions without being able to recruit the high-quality manpower required to reach HNIs and big corporate giants. We can work to our plan if 4000 people can donate 500 rupees every month, with which we can have efficient resources in place.
