BUDGET ALLOCATION
We hereby present the budget required for the Gita University Project. The budget for the Seed Project, which has already commenced, is not included here at this time. The Seed Project comprises approximately 8 lakh sq. ft. of infrastructure, of which ~40% is being developed as a private asset on 11 acres in Phase 1, and the remaining ~60% will be developed as the Foundation’s own asset on 19 acres in Phases 2 and 3.
Gita University Project Funding Plan
We propose to establish the 250-acre Gita University in Hyderabad, India, with a total project budget of ₹5,000 crore (≈ USD $602 million). Of this amount:
- 50% will be allocated for the construction of Gita University.
- 50% will be allocated for creating 500 world-class Billionaire Wisdom Homes and associated donor facilities. As the space is limited to 100 acres, the token of gratitude can be extended only to the first 500 billionaires who contribute ₹10 crore or more (≈ USD $1.2 million+).
Breakup of the 50% Donor Facilities Allocation
- ₹2,000 crore (≈ USD $241 million) will be used to construct 500 Wisdom Homes on 100 acres. These homes serve as personal or family sanctuaries for silent retreats, sovereign-secret learning, and Advaita-based rejuvenation, designed by some of the world’s leading architects to create the finest township ever built.
- ₹500 crore (≈ USD $60 million) will be invested in building a Global Super Speciality Hospital dedicated to offering world-class healthcare to our billionaire supporters who stand with this mission to detoxify divisive ideologies and enable lasting peace within individuals and society.
Immediate Funding Requirement
This initiative is envisioned to begin quickly with the support of two major contributors:
- ₹500 crore (≈ USD $60 million) to procure the entire 250 acres of prime land.
- ₹250 crore (≈ USD $30 million) to initiate Phase-1 construction of Gita University.
Other than the above two key significant contributions, we seek contributions in the range of ₹10 crore to ₹100 crore (≈ USD $1.2 million to USD $12 million) from 498 of the world’s 3,028 billionaires over the next 3–18 months.
