Gita University

Plan A – The Vision for Gita University
Gita University is a historic and visionary initiative conceived in December 2018, envisioned as a 250-acre global campus dedicated to Dharma, Vedantic wisdom, and conscious leadership. The total project cost is estimated at ₹2,500 crore, encompassing over 20 lakh sq. ft. of institutionally owned infrastructure on 100 acres—a spiritual, educational, and civilizational hub designed to serve as a lighthouse for humanity’s inner evolution. This campus will also include 500 Heavenly Homes on an additional 100 acres for 500 affluent Dharmic individuals from around the world who contribute ₹10 crore and above.

The funding model is simple yet bold:
500 of the world’s 3,028 wealthiest billionaires and centimillionaires contributing ₹10 crore each to establish this unparalleled seat of Advaita-based education. In its early phase, the Foundation pursued the allocation of 250 acres of temple endowment land near Shamshabad, Telangana. Despite consistent engagement, progress has been slow due to administrative transitions and policy delays.

However, discussions remain active with close aides of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Telangana and senior ministers, and the Foundation continues to seek an opportunity to present the Gita University Project and its far-reaching societal benefits directly to the state leadership. We remain optimistic that these efforts will soon culminate in the allocation of suitable endowment or government land.

Having patiently waited for over four years for state-level facilitation, the Foundation adopted a pragmatic approach—launching Plan-C, a scaled-down seed campus on land privately owned by the Directors and their associates at Shankarpally, just 30 minutes from Kokapet SEZ and one hour from Hyderabad Airport. This seed phase now serves as the living foundation of the global mission, designed to expand into 108 Gita Bhavans across the world in the coming decades.

ALTERNATE PLAN (PLAN B)

Plan B – International Vedic Club (100 Acres, Semi-Owned Asset Worth ₹800 Crores)
Plan B envisions the creation of an International Vedic Club as a scaled-down yet globally viable alternative to the original Gita University model—reducing land requirements by 40% and the overall budget by 33%. The project will be developed as a semi-owned 100-acre asset, with an estimated investment of ₹800 crores.

The model includes
1,944 private contributors, each investing ₹40 lakhs for a 400 sq. ft. executive room built to international 7-star standards. Members receive lifetime access for 60 days a year, and memberships are transferable to their children, subject to the same annual usage limits.

As the first step, we are testing the Vedic Club concept at Shankarpally in Phase-2 (Zone-2). This phase will be developed on 12 acres, featuring 3.5 lakh sq. ft. of infrastructure capable of serving nearly 10,000 members with varied annual usage options (10 to 50 days). The facility will include 700 super-executive rooms, with 80% reserved for members and 20% for visiting seekers, at an estimated cost of ₹350 crores.

A dedicated website — www.thevedicclub.com — is now live for EOIs, enabling global outreach, enrollment, and communication. Interested individuals may begin by donating ₹25,000 to the Foundation to become eligible for membership consideration.

Note: In parallel with Plan B and Plan C, discussions continue with senior officials in the office of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Telangana regarding the allocation of 250 acres of endowment or government land, and we remain optimistic about securing this within the next six months.

ALTERNATE PLAN (PLAN C)

PLAN-C – International School for Bhagavad Gita (Seed Campus of Gita University)
Rising on a 30-acre campus in Shankarpally, Hyderabad — 32 km from Kokapet SEZ and 66 km from Hyderabad International Airport — Plan C represents the seed version of the larger Gita University vision. Developed by Sri Castle Estates and D3Y Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd. under the leadership of Shri Mahesh Reddy and Shri Anand Reddy, the residential component is named Sri Vedic Township, an exclusive community for people who believe in Advaita Wisdom. Jungle clearance, levelling, and irrigation approvals are complete, compound wall construction is nearing completion, and HMDA approval is expected by December 2025.

Three-Phase Masterplan
Phase-1: 3.34 lakh sq. ft. featuring 159 cottages/villas on 11 acres (Leased Campus), forming the residential and retreat hub for core programs.
Phase-2: 4.5 lakh sq. ft. on 12 acres, including a 700-room 5-star standard hotel and additional large-scale infrastructure to host international participants and transformative programs.
Phase-3: Stillness Estate — a sacred experiential forest-like zone where “God speaks to visitors” for 15 minutes, three times a day, through immersive Advaita-based audio spirituality.

Programs at the International School for Bhagavad Gita

  • 6-day Gita Program for 300 business leaders, celebrities, and politicians
  • 4-week Youth Transformation Program for 480 youth per batch (mandatory pre-marital orientation on Dharma, values, and emotional maturity)
  • 1-day Free Gita Classes for 1,000 foreign visitors every day, forming the global outreach pillar

Residential Vision – Sri Vedic Township

The township will feature 159 duplex and triplex villas (2,000–2,400 sq. ft.), offered to Affluent Dharmic families in India and worldwide. Bhumi Puja will be arranged within 60 days of receiving HMDA approval. The Bhagawat Gita Foundation for Vedic Studies is actively engaging corporates, celebrities, institutions, and royal families to dedicate villas toward the noble mission of spreading Advaita Wisdom and Gita education. A limited number of villas are also available to private investors for personal spiritual living or long-term leasing.

Project Status

Implementation began in December 2024, and Phase 1 is currently awaiting HMDA approvals. Phase-1 villas are being offered to 159 Dharmic and affluent individuals worldwide and will function as a Joint Private Asset of these founding donors.Zones 2 and 3, which include large-scale educational, hospitality, and experiential infrastructure, will be developed as Foundation-owned assets, contingent on demonstrated progress, credibility, and societal impact through Phase 1. The official launch of Phase-1 is planned for December 20, 2026, aligned with the auspicious occasion of Gita Jayanti.

An Invitation to 159 Dharmic Affluent People

It is from this deeper
understanding of life—not from ambition or accumulation—that we are inviting 159 visionary individuals to step forward and invest ₹2 crore to own a 2,100 sq. ft. fully furnished duplex villa within the Gita University Seed Campus. From Day One, you may choose to live here permanently, or use the villa periodically for personal residence, spiritual retreats, reflective solitude, or karmic renewal. On days when the villa is not in your personal use, you may voluntarily allow the Foundation to use it—without any charge—for two carefully designed, world-changing programs:

  1. a 3-week Life-Purpose Program for the adult children of affluent families, and

  2. a 6-day Karma Yoga Program for CEOs, politicians, and celebrities

In this way, your personal space
quietly becomes a vessel for developing future leadership, without compromising your ownership, privacy, or dignity.

Not Real Estate, but a Karmic Sanctuary
These residences are not positioned as real estate assets. They are consciously conceived as Karmic Villassacred personal sanctuaries created to support the purification of the chitta (the subtle body) through sustained exposure to Karma Yoga, Advaita wisdom, silence, and right action. The intention is not ritualistic absolution, nor emotional consolation. It is a profound inner realignment—the gradual neutralisation of accumulated karmic tendencies, whether created knowingly or unknowingly —enabling life to reach a higher level of clarity, stability, and inner freedom. For those whose chitta attains completeness and detachment from the game of life, this same path naturally opens into liberation (moksha).

Why We Call Them Karmic Villas
We call these residences Karmic Villas because they are designed to shield the investor from moral, psychological, and karmic decline for the next 1,000 years of spiritual continuity, while simultaneously strengthening society at its roots. This opportunity is limited to 159 individuals worldwide and is open only to Indians residing in India and abroad, preserving the ecosystem’s rarity, sanctity, and long-term integrity. The base construction cost is approximately ₹8,000 per sq. ft., and we are intentionally charging an additional ₹50 lakh premium. This excess is not profit-driven; it is fully allocated to the development and expansion of the Gita University Seed Campus, ensuring your investment serves as both a personal sanctuary and a civilizational contribution.

Beyond All Conventional Religious Merit
An investment of this nature cannot be compared to conventional acts of religious merit. It is a thousand times more transformative than a dip in the holy Ganges, a thousand times more potent than visiting all the 18 Śakti Pīṭhas, a thousand times more consequential than pilgrimage to all the 12 Jyotirliṅgas, and a thousand times more enduring than performing Yajña, Dāna, or Tapas in isolation. Those acts purify at the emotional and intentional levels. This path purifies at the level of consciousness itself.

From Ritual Participant to Ananya Disciple
Through this commitment, you are not positioned as a ritual participant, but elevated into what the Bhagavad Gita calls an “Ananya Disciple of the Supreme Consciousness”—the state revealed in Gita 11.54, where Truth is realised only through undivided, single-pointed devotion to Reality itself, not through form, fear, or transaction. This is not symbolism; it is a conscious reorientation of one’s entire life-force toward the Absolute. The Gita is unambiguous about the only true method of dissolving karmic accumulation. It declares in Gita 4.19: “Jñānāgni-dagdha-karmāṇam”all karma is burnt in the fire of wisdom. Not ritual fire, not symbolic offerings, but the fire of true understanding. Karma does not dissolve through repetition of acts; it dissolves through right seeing.

A Civilizational Role, Not Charity
By investing in one Karmic Villa within Sri Vedic Township, you do more than acquire a residence. You become a life-giver to the Global Advaita Movement. In return, we commit to gifting Jñānanot information, not belief, but systematic, experiential, lived wisdom that refines the chitta, stabilises consciousness, and frees you from the unconscious repetition of desire, fear, and striving. This is not charity. It is civilizational participation.

An Investment Made for the Soul
Unlike all other homes you may own, this villa is not designed to feed desire, status, or accumulation. It is designed to dissolve the very sense of lack. Through continuous exposure to Advaita wisdom, silence, and right living, it gently brings you to a realisation you already sense within: you need not starve for anything in this world, because nothing is truly separate from you. What appears as “outside” is revealed as your own reflection, and what you have been seeking externally is discovered as already complete within you.

Therefore, this investment is
not for the body, not for lineage, not for prestige—but for the soul itself. It becomes a living reminder of your true identity, beyond name, role, wealth, and possession. While material homes eventually anchor consciousness downward, this villa is meant to turn awareness inward and upward, helping you remember who you truly arenot a seeker of fulfillment, but the very fullness you have been seeking all along.

A Humble Note for Investors and Donors
Please scan this QR Code to see how to book your Villa in Sri Vedic Township — a private township and a spiritual home that will care for you like loving parents in the final decade of your life, helping you live peacefully and leave this world gracefully, with enthusiasm and without fear. The donor becomes an investor in this sacred community and may either reside here permanently or donate the villa to the Foundation to conduct Program-4 (1-Week Karma Yoga for CEOs, Celebrities, and Politicians) and Program-5 (3–4 Week Life Skills Program for adult children of affluent parents).

A Divine Opportunity for 159 Dharmic Individuals
This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for 159 individuals to secure a villa for ₹2 crore, ensuring a peaceful final decade on Earth while safeguarding their spiritual journey for the next 1,000 years.
